We understand that plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order at Sandook Fabstore.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@sandookfabstore.com with your order number.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item as per our Return & Exchange policy.

Refunds on Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
