At Sandook Fabstore, we understand the excitement of receiving a new addition to your wardrobe. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, carrying the essence of our craftsmanship right to your doorstep.
Shipping Within India
- Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Metros and Tier 1 Cities: Usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: Usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee may apply, which will be visible at checkout.
- Stitched & Custom Orders: If you have opted for stitching services or customisations, please allow an additional 7 to 10 working days for dispatch.
International Shipping
We love sharing our heritage with the world. We ship to most countries globally.
- Delivery Timelines: International orders typically reach their destination within 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. These will be added to your total at the time of checkout.
- Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping fees.
Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is handed over to our delivery partner, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number.
- You can track your package directly through the link provided in the message to see its journey to you.
Important Information
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Attempts to Deliver: Our courier partners will generally make three attempts to deliver your package before returning it to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
- Damage during Transit: While we pack every item with extreme care, if you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged from the outside, please mention it on the acknowledgement receipt when signing for it and take a photo before opening.
